Blustream.io is a customer-success platform focused on helping brands deliver personalized, data-driven experiences throughout the product lifecycle. Their tools empower companies to deepen customer engagement, streamline support, and unlock new opportunities for retention and growth.
For this project, I designed a multi-chapter e-book outlining the critical phases of the post-purchase customer experience. It details where common friction points occur, how to resolve them, and how to build a Product Experience (PX) that sets customers up for long-term success. Using Blustream’s newly revampned visual identity, I created a cohesive layout system to present key concepts. The final piece is an engaging, accessible resource that supports Blustream’s mission of helping brands and their customers succeed together.
